Walk,Hike,Trek,Jog,Run…

Despite the fact that I love a good long sleep,I do love getting up early and going on a long jog.There is something numinous about the semi-dark morning avenues and scattered people up and about.Not caring about rest of the world for an hour or so is a glorious feel.I sometimes feel the morning I sleep off is wasted.An early morning completely relaxes your mind.Just a morning walk around the neighborhood would suffice.To make the jog even more perfect would be having your bestie accompanying you.Catching up becomes easier and it persuades anyone into a morning person.It is a great way to explore your city too.So come on people ,give it a try.Give it a try and see yourself more energetic and fit.Although hitting the gym and having a go on the treadmill may be more preferable for some ,change of scenery never hurts.So take a chance and attempt
